As a 16-year real estate industry veteran, Stephanie provides strategic solutions to client’s unique circumstances though her advanced skills of problem solving and comprehension of complex transactions. Throughout her long career, Stephanie has constructed a solid foundation of clients through her ability to build lasting and trusting relationships. Along with her business partner, Stephanie has facilitated a team that consists of experienced and reputable agents who share in her passion to provide an elevated, positive Real Estate experience with superior customer service.
As a Folsom area native, Stephanie’s love for real estate began at a very young age. Since opening her first Brokerage in 2011, Stephanie has been involved in hundreds of successful Real Estate transactions within the local market. She has extensive knowledge of distressed sales and investment properties, as well as excels in traditional residential Real Estate Sales.

Robert Yost is one of the founders and Owner’s of Thrive Real Estate, a boutique Real Estate Brokerage located in Folsom, CA. As a 15-year Real Estate industry veteran, Robert has successfully represented countless buyers and sellers and has established an abundance of positive relationships with clients throughout his career.
Robert grew up in Sacramento, CA and quickly realized his passion for Real Estate after buying his first condo at the age of twenty. After getting a taste of the housing market as a young adult and realizing the benefits of homeownership, Robert knew he wanted to help others with their Real Estate dreams. Robert’s exceptionally strong work ethic, veteran experience, and outstanding customer service is what sets him apart from other local Realtors.
Robert’s advanced listening and communication skills help to put his clients at ease throughout their entire buying and/or selling process. Along with his unique marketing strategies, Robert proactively utilizes his mortgage background to stay competitive in today’s market.

Megan was born in Germany and moved to Placerville with her family at a young age. She began her career working as a tax collector for the California Employment Development Department for five years. She ventured into real estate in early 2016 and joined Thrive Real Estate soon after.
She graduated from the California State University, Sacramento with a Business Marketing degree in 2011. Clients will benefit measurably from her strong people-oriented skills, impeccable work ethic, and enthusiasm for her job. Megan is honored to be a part of a major stepping stone in people’s lives and strives to make each transaction a smooth and easy going experience for each of her clients.
In her free time, Megan loves to spend time with her loving husband and 2 sons. She is also an avid hiker and enjoys the outdoors and has also been a gymnast for 13 years.
Ashley Gilbertson was born and raised in Orangevale, CA. After graduating from Bella Vista High School in Fair Oaks, she earned a Bachelor of Science degree from California State University Sacramento in Organizational Communication Studies.
Ashley’s first exposure to real estate came after graduating from college when she worked for Sacramento-area home builders Pulte Homes, where she spent two years as a customer relations manager. She then spent four years as a recruiter for both a boutique financial staffing firm and a company that provides services to children with autism. Most recently, she worked at Sutter Health as a Consulting Operations Manager in the Strategic Sourcing Department, managing department operations and a team of project managers and operational leads.
In her time as a real estate agent, Ashley has been recognized for her excellent customer service skills, forward-thinking abilities, and her commitment to always doing what’s right for her clients. It doesn’t take long for people to realize that her clients’ best interests are firmly at the heart of what she does.

Nicole Alexander was born and raised in Orangevale, CA. After graduating Casa Roble High School she attended California State University, Sacramento where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science degree. After graduating CSUS, she earned her Real Estate license in 2002. Nicole’s strengths lie in her extensive training and dynamic experience within the Real Estate industry including selling resale and new homes, as well as working as a design consultant for a local home builder.
Nicole has lived in El Dorado Hills for the past 10 years. Her and her husband enjoy raising their four boys and spending time at various youth sporting events.View My Profile
Before venturing into Real Estate, Heidi studied finance and banking at Utah Valley University. She began her profession working for the largest credit union in Utah where she was a loan officer for five years at America First Credit Union. She consistently led her branch in loan volume and was eventually promoted as the branch’s assistant manager. Heidi’s experience in the banking industry and familiarity with the Sacramento region will be assets to both buyers and sellers.
In February 2016 she began working with the founders of Thrive Real Estate. Heidi’s unique lending background is what sets her apart from other local Realtors. Her main focus is to ethically represent buyers and sellers in El Dorado, Placer and Sacramento Counties. Her vast experience in finance and lending empowers her clients with a unique advantage in navigating Real Estate transactions. What Heidi loves most about being a Realtor is working with people and making lifelong friendships with her clients.
Outside of the office, Heidi loves spending time outdoors with her family of five. She is a proud mother of three boys and enjoys volunteering in Folsom youth organizations for sports and church groups.

My passion for real estate began at a young age. As my father is a Real Estate Appraiser, some of my first memories were holding the measuring tape for him on appraisals. As a young man I was overly interested in floor plans, architecture and home values. From this experience I came to realize the importance of numbers in real estate. In order to gain a greater understanding for evaluation of investment’s I completed a 4-year decree in Economics.
A home is often the largest investment one will make. This gets complicated because from an evaluation standpoint real estate is not necessarily black and white. There are many factors that play into potential value escalation. As a result I put a great deal of importance on ensuring that, that investment is a solid one. With my experience I guide families/investors down the best possible path.

Alicia grew up in Oregon and moved to the Sacramento area in 2003. She is devoted to her boyfriend and two daughters. Together, they are raising their daughters to learn the importance of honesty, trust and compassion, which she carries over into her role as a Realtor and Transaction Coordinator for Thrive Real Estate.
Alicia developed an interest in Real Estate in 2006 and began her profession as a Transaction Coordinator, ensuring that all of the necessary paperwork is completed and processed according to strict industry timelines. Soon after, in 2014 Alicia became a licensed Realtor. Since then she has utilized her advanced industry knowledge to assist in hundreds of successful homeowner transactions within the local market. Her experience, knowledge, and efficiency to help clients get into the right home for them have generated countless satisfied clients. Alicia’s goal as a Realtor is not only to help clients get the best deal, but also to successfully comprehend and enjoy the process of buying or selling a home, proving to be a great asset for her clients and the Thrive Real Estate Team.

Ashley Bledsoe joins Reside as Channel Marketing Director following 7 years at San Francisco’s largest residential real estate brokerage. At Zephyr Real Estate, Ashley worked on agent marketing strategy, from developing novel online marketing channels to elevating and refining traditional real estate marketing efforts. Ashley is a graduate of the College of William & Mary and the proud daughter of a top producing Virginia Realtor(r).
