Alyssa Hempel grew up in the Sonoma and Napa valleys, spending most of her time in Santa Rosa and Saint Helena, California. She has always loved small towns, and in 2016, she and her husband relocated to Folsom, where she currently works as a real estate professional. Alyssa adores the small-town feel and extensive hiking trails, and she dreams of one day owning a home in Folsom’s historic district.
A skilled communicator, Alyssa builds client rapport with ease and professionalism. She values clear, consistent communication and prides herself on her ability to provide genuine and compassionate client care. Passionate about interior design, Alyssa’s aesthetic sensibilities, paired with her keen eye for detail, allow her to help her clients realize the full potential of their properties, regardless of whether they are renters or homeowners.
Alyssa was exposed to the real estate industry at a young age and grew up helping her father, a custom homebuilder, and her stepmother, a Saint Helena real estate professional, to show houses and prepare properties for market. Alyssa has a lifelong love of real estate and a talent for staging properties, decorating interiors, and brainstorming ways to remodel in order to maximize a home’s living space.
Prior to pursuing her career as a real estate professional, Alyssa earned her bachelor’s degree in communications from Pacific Union College in 2009, and she has over 13 years of experience as a communications professional. In 2020, Alyssa launched a pediatric sleep consulting business, Goodnight Baby Sleep Coaching, where she works remotely with young families to help restore sleep to their homes through holistic and data-driven sleep coaching. Away from work, Alyssa is a proud mom to her son, and she is tirelessly motivated to create the best life possible for him.
